Shipping

We Offer FREE delivery within the UK for any order over £50, free delivery orders will be send using our standard service.

Orders under £50 cost just £2.99 on our standard delivery service. Goods are dispatched next working day (Mon-Fri). Standard delivery is sent tracked via myHermes and will arrive between 3-5 working days.

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping costs and delivery dates this can be seen in your ‘Basket’. Prices may vary depending on the weight of the parcel and if the delivery address is in a remote area.

Shipping to different address

We offer the service of your order being delivered to an alternative address, in case you are not at home or if you are sending a gift. If your purchase is a gift, we can also offer a gift wrap service, you add this when viewing your ‘Basket’.

Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands

Free Delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. These will incur a higher standard delivery cost of £6.99.

Returns Policy

We think you’ll love your purchase but if not don’t worry. All products from Arlo’s Toy Shop can be returned.

If you need to return an item, please use the Account page or if you used guest checkout Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You can return the UNOPENEDUNUSED and RESALABLE item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return requests received outside of the returns period will not be accepted. We will ONLY refund the credit/debit card used, we can offer a store refund instead if wanted.

If the item has been opened but is unused you may be able to return it to us in exchange for a credit note but a restocking fee will be charged. These cases will be handled on a per customer basis.

Faulty Goods 

We like to stand by the quality of our toys so if you receive a faulty item please do get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.

Returns Shipping

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning your parcel, if your return doesn’t reach us and you don’t have proof that you sent it to us we won’t be able to refund you.

A return request can be made up to 14 days after delivery of an order. Please make sure that your return is well packaged (we strongly advise that you use the box/packaging the products arrived in). We suggest that the returned item is insured for its full value as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged.

Receiving your Refund

We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive your package and will email you to confirm that it has arrived. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed from the date of postage. If this is not possible we will issue you with store credit for the amount that you spent at our store. We will endeavor to process your refund as soon as we receive your package and will email you to confirm that it's been refunded.

Colour Variations

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Returns after Christmas

Any orders made between November and December can be returned no questions asked up until the following 8th January.

Please note that if you paid via Paypal and your goods are returned 60 days or more after your original payment we are unable to provide a refund (as refund period limits are imposed on us by our payment service providers). Instead we will provide you with store credit, which will be valid for a year.

Statutory Rights

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
