We have been in contact with the UK Chartered Trading Standards Institute regarding the PL089 Petilou Sensory Shapes, batch number starting 4299 or 4301
After comprehensive investigation, Le Toy Van has identified a possibility of a small part being released.
We have decided to stop sale of this batch and advise consumers.
Should you be in possession of a PL089 from one of these batches we kindly ask you to destroy the green flower activity shape toy with Bell (as pictured below)
If your set is not from this limited batch run, your Sensory Shapes are unaffected
